Major League Baseball’s final four is set, and the race for the 2026 World Series begins Sunday night when the Los Angeles Dodgers visit the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 1 of the National League Championship Series. The American League Championship Series follows Monday, with the Cleveland Guardians traveling to face the Tampa Bay Rays after Cleveland secured the final available berth on Saturday.
NLCS Game 1 is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET Sunday at American Family Field in Milwaukee and will air nationally on FOX, with Spanish-language coverage on FOX Deportes and streaming through FOX One. Game 2 remains in Milwaukee on Monday at 5 p.m. ET and will be carried by FOX or FS1, according to MLB’s postseason broadcast schedule.
The series then moves west. Milwaukee visits Los Angeles for Game 3 on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on FS1. Game 4 is scheduled for Thursday at 9 p.m. ET, also on FS1, followed by an if-necessary Game 5 at Dodger Stadium on Friday at 9 p.m. ET. If the series continues, the clubs return to Milwaukee for Game 6 on Sunday, Oct. 18, at 8 p.m. ET and Game 7 on Monday, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. ET.
The matchup is a second consecutive NLCS meeting between the clubs. Los Angeles swept Milwaukee in the 2025 championship series on its way to winning a second straight World Series, giving this year’s Brewers an immediate postseason rematch. Milwaukee finished the 2026 regular season with 103 victories, while Los Angeles won 100, placing the National League’s two strongest regular-season records opposite each other with a pennant at stake.
Milwaukee also holds home-field advantage and won four of seven regular-season meetings against Los Angeles. Three of those Brewers victories came during a four-game series in Los Angeles in August, according to MLB. The Dodgers, however, arrive with the experience of consecutive championships and another opportunity to become the first club in decades to win three straight World Series titles.
MLB lists left-hander Tarik Skubal as the Dodgers’ Game 1 starter against Milwaukee right-hander Jacob Misiorowski. The opening matchup adds another layer of intrigue to a series featuring two teams built differently: Los Angeles around star power and a deep veteran roster, and Milwaukee around pitching, defense and a roster that produced baseball’s best regular-season record.

The American League schedule begins one day later. Cleveland will visit Tampa Bay for ALCS Game 1 on Monday at 8 p.m. ET. Game 2 is also at Tropicana Field, Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET. Both games are scheduled for TBS, with additional coverage through truTV and HBO Max and Spanish-language television on UniMas.
The series shifts to Progressive Field in Cleveland for Game 3 on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET and Game 4 on Friday at 6 p.m. ET. If needed, Cleveland will also host Game 5 on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET. Games 6 and 7 would return to Tampa Bay on Monday, Oct. 19, and Tuesday, Oct. 20, respectively.
There are two scheduling contingencies worth noting. If the NLCS ends in a four-game sweep, ALCS Game 4 on Oct. 16 would move from 6 p.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET. If there is no NLCS Game 7 on Oct. 19, ALCS Game 6 would similarly move from its scheduled 5 p.m. start to 8 p.m. ET. MLB says postseason dates and times remain subject to change.
The Guardians claimed their spot Saturday by defeating the Chicago White Sox 2-0 in the decisive fifth game of their AL Division Series. Cleveland had fallen behind 2-0 in the series before completing the comeback, making its ALCS appearance considerably more demanding than Tampa Bay’s route to the next round.
The Rays swept the New York Yankees in their division series, providing additional rest before Monday’s opener. Tampa Bay also controlled the season series against Cleveland, winning five of the six meetings. Rays pitching recorded three shutouts in those games and never surrendered more than three runs, according to MLB’s championship-series preview.
The matchup nevertheless arrives with Cleveland carrying momentum from its elimination-game run. José Ramírez remains the central figure in the Guardians lineup, while Cleveland’s pitching staff now faces a quick turnaround after being pushed through five ALDS games. Tampa Bay’s ability to convert its rest advantage into early pressure at home could be one of the defining factors in the opening games.

For viewers in the United States, the broadcast split is straightforward. The Dodgers-Brewers NLCS belongs to the FOX Sports family, primarily FOX and FS1, with FOX Deportes offering Spanish-language television coverage and FOX One included among the listed viewing options. The Rays-Guardians ALCS belongs to TNT Sports, with games on TBS and truTV and streaming access through HBO Max. UniMas carries Spanish-language television coverage of the ALCS.
MLB also lists ESPN Radio as the national radio home for postseason games. TUDN Radio is providing Spanish-language audio coverage of both championship series. MLB Network will supplement live game broadcasts with studio programming and postseason analysis.
MLB.TV subscribers in the United States should note that live postseason viewing requires authentication through a participating pay-TV provider. MLB says international live availability differs by market, while game archives generally become available after the live broadcast window. Fans should confirm local provider and streaming eligibility before first pitch.
